Within Ukraine delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" company, "Ukrposhta".
Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sending "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.
Delivery cost is not included into the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.
Cash on Delivery Terms
Cash on delivery is available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.
❗ Cash on delivery is available only with a prepayment deposit for transportation costs.
The deposit amount depends on the order value:
- from UAH 2,000 to 10,000 — deposit UAH 250
- over UAH 10,000 — deposit UAH 500
The deposit is used exclusively to cover delivery costs if the parcel is not collected, in case of order refusal, or for a subsequent exchange.
⚠️ Attention! The deposit is non-refundable in the cases listed above.
⚠️Please note: if you refuse the item at the post office, the delivery will be paid by the customer.
The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.
