Payment

(In this case, you pay an additional fee according to Nova Poshta tariffs: UAH 20 + 2% of the order value for cash on delivery payment.)

Online payment by Visa / MasterCard (WayForPay).
(In this case, an additional 1% fee is charged for WayForPay payment system services.)

Payment to a bank account (PrivatBank or Monobank)
(In this case, you transfer funds to the bank account using the provided details.)

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

On average, delivery via Nova Poshta takes 2–3 days, excluding Sunday.

On average, delivery via Ukrposhta takes 5–7 days.

Delivery costs are not included in the order price and must be paid separately according to the carrier’s tariffs. The cost depends on the parcel’s size and weight.
The minimum delivery cost via Nova Poshta is UAH 70, via Ukrposhta — UAH 35.

Cash on Delivery Terms

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 2,000 are not shipped via cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery is available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.

❗ Cash on delivery is available only with a prepayment deposit for transportation costs.
The deposit amount depends on the order value:

  • from UAH 0 to 10,000 — deposit UAH 250
  • over UAH 10,000 — deposit UAH 500

The deposit is used exclusively to cover delivery costs if the parcel is not collected, in case of order refusal, or for a subsequent exchange.

⚠️ Attention! The deposit is non-refundable in the cases listed above.

⚠️Please note: if you refuse the item at the post office, the delivery will be paid by the customer.

Parcel Tracking

After shipment, the customer receives an SMS with a tracking number.
Using this number, the customer can track the parcel via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

If delivery is delayed, you may contact the carrier’s hotline.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, please contact us.

In this case, we will send another parcel as soon as possible if the item is in stock. If the item is not available, the funds will be refunded using the details provided by you.
