In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you can return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The purchased product must be checked at the post office in the presence of an employee. If you find damage/defects or a shortage of goods, you can contact the manager via the feedback form and provide contact details.

Otherwise, claims regarding damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favour of the Client.

If the order was made with Cash on Delivery, then when checking the goods you can refuse it (please note that when paying by cash on delivery, Nova Poshta will take a fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount).

Exchange and return of goods of proper and inadequate quality

Categories of goods of adequate quality that cannot be returned are listed in the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:

  1. Food products and products, hygiene items.
  2. Non-food products:
  • gloves;
  • fabrics;
  • underwear;
  • bed sheets;
  • hosiery;
  • goods in aerosol packaging;
  • printed publications;
  • audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading and recording systems.

Categories of goods of good quality that can be returned:

  • a non-food product of proper quality can be exchanged for a similar one;
  • if the product does not satisfy the consumer in terms of shape, dimensions, style, colour, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

However, you should remember that the goods will be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase (not counting the day of purchase);
  • the product has not been used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the payment document issued along with the sold product have been preserved;
  • the product is not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange, which is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Categories of goods of inadequate quality can be returned during the warranty period.

The warranty for goods of inadequate quality in our store is provided for a period of 2 weeks (these are clothes, shoes, bags) to 6 months (these are electronics).

The warranty does not apply to the following defects:

  • damage caused by using the product for other purposes or in violation of operating instructions;
  • accidental damage caused by the client, or damage resulting from negligence or use (exposure to liquids, dust, etc.);
  • damage due to natural phenomena;
  • damage caused by using improper batteries or improper electrical connections.

In order to make an exchange/return, you must receive the parcel at a Nova Poshta office; in case of refusal of the parcel at Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta, the store is not responsible for the parcel.

A refund:

  1. After we receive the parcel and the goods pass through the quality control department, the online store manager will contact you to confirm receipt of the goods and agree on an exchange/return.
  2. If a refund is agreed upon, the manager submits an application for a refund with the details you specified in the Google form to the accounting department.
  3. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of filing the return application.
  4. The customer pays for the return of goods of proper quality.
  5. The service for returning goods of inadequate quality is paid for by the online store.
