Within Ukraine delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" company, "Ukrposhta".

Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sending "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Delivery cost is not included into the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000. postpaid are not sent. Orders over 10,000 UAH. - 500 UAH  to cover delivery costs.

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Cashless transfers

Money transfers are made to the PrivatBank card. (FAQ for payment)

Cash on delivery

You pay the order on receipt at the delivery service office in your city. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.
