Payment
- You can pay for your order using a payment (plastic) card, as well as through Privat24.
- You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting payment upon receipt. In this case, you pay an additional commission according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta: 20 UAH. + 2% of the order value for payment by cash on delivery.
- Payment to a PrivatBank or Monobank checking account
Delivery of goods throughout Ukraine
Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out by the companies Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
Normally, shipping by Nova Poshta takes 2-3 days, except Sunday.
Normally, shipping by Ukrposhta takes 5-7 days.
Shipping costs are not included in the order and paid separately at the carrier's tariffs. It depends on the dimensions and weight of the parcel. The minimum cost for delivery by Nova Poshta is 70 UAH, by Ukrposhta — 35 UAH.
Orders with a total cost of less than 1000 UAH are not sent by cash on delivery. Orders with a total cost more than 10000 UAH — are sent with an advance payment of 500 UAH.
You can also use targeted delivery. When placing an order, select the delivery method "Nova Poshta, courier to the address". Indicate the city, street, house number and apartment (if available).
Terms of delivery by Nova Poshta courier:
- delivery time: 2-3 days;
- minimum delivery cost — 105 UAH;
- maximum cash payment amount — 49,999 UAH;
- when the order arrives in your locality, a Nova Poshta employee will contact you to agree on the delivery time.
Terms of delivery by Ukrposhta courier:
- delivery time: 5-7 days;
- minimum delivery cost — 70 UAH;
- when the order arrives in your locality, you will receive an SMS notification.
The purchased product must be checked at the post office in the presence of an employee. If damage/defects are detected or there is a shortage of goods, you can contact the manager (via the feedback form) and provide contact information.
Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favour of the Client.
Package tracking
After sending the parcel, the client receives an SMS with a tracking number.
Using this number, the client can track the parcel (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta).
If it is being delivered too long, you can contact the carrier hotline.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, you need to contact us.
In this case, we will send another parcel faster if we have this product. If it is not in stock, we will return the funds using the details you provided.
